System Technicians have the opportunity to work with new technologies supporting major corporations within an enterprise class data center. The technician is the hands on support performing tasks such as hardware, software, and connectivity troubleshooting, server imaging, deployment, configuration, maintain, rebuild and decommissions. Technicians perform routine maintenance and emergency requests through service request tickets as a member of a international service team supporting 24x7x365 coverage.

Perfil:
- 1-2 years’ experience within data centers or related IT fields
- Experience with troubleshooting and installing Windows operating systems, networking equipment and software
- Experience troubleshooting Intel based server components such as motherboards, array controllers and network cards, processors, memory and SCSI
- 1-2 years’ experience supporting, administrating and or troubleshooting Microsoft Windows Server platforms (2003/2008)
- 1-2 years’ experience performing network connectivity technology including TCP/IP, WINS, DHCP and DNS
- Experienced supporting storage systems with NAS & SAN configurations
- Flexibility to support overnight period (on duty call)
- Experience with NetApp or EMC storage environments
- Knowledge for supporting Microsoft DPM backup services
- Experience on virtualization systems (VMware or Hiper V)
- Certifications for Microsoft, ITIL or others
